And with our Optional Admin Services option, you can enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you having to install or configure anything. And all the backup copies are kept on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard disks. Thus your hosted content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software apps on it. And if this seems like something much too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Optional Admin Services deal, is the right solution for you. While using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our professional server admins who will install and set–up any software program or take care of any problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an extra feature.
